Witkin Design Group Retained to Design Exterior Amenities for DaVinci, New 27-Story, Oceanfront Condominium in Sunny Isles

Waterbrook Developers, LLC, of Deerfield Beach, has retained Witkin Design Group, a North Miami Beach landscape architecture firm, to design a tropical resort- style recreation deck on the 3rd level of DaVinci, a new 27-story oceanfront condominium project at 17141 Collins Ave., Sunny Isles Beach.

The deck will include a spectacular, free-form pool and spa and an alcove with benches and a major fountain feature for relaxation and peaceful ocean- viewing. Witkin Design Group will also design the landscapes, hardscapes, irrigation systems and exterior lighting for the development.

Architectural design for the project will be by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, Miami.

At Witkin Design Group, Juan R. Pacheco is Project Manager for the development.

The Galleria Collection of Fine Homes of Ft. Lauderdale is the sales agent for DaVinci.

A 2006 groundbreaking is anticipated.
