Favio Perez Named Vice President at Witkin Hults Design Group, Hollywood
Favio Perez has been named Vice President at the landscape architecture firm Witkin Hults Design Group, Hollywood, FL. Perez earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida. He joined Witkin Hults Design Group in 1999.
At Witkin Hults, Perez has designed exterior environments for a wide range of project types, including resorts, such as Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico and Cheeca Lodge in the Florida Keys, mixed-use properties, such as Landmark at Doral and Boardwalk in Miramar, and commercial projects, such as Dadeland Mall, Commerce Park (Doral), Eagle Nest Center (Miami Lakes), and One Riverview Square (Miami).
He is a member of the Bromeliad Society of South Florida.
