Regency Parc is an 18-story mixed-use luxury high rise building proposed in Coral Gables.

We were so pleased to have the opportunity to design the outdoor spaces of this unique project, which includes a compelling pedestrian experience on the ground level, a courtyard area at the heart of the project, the elevated pool deck, and terraces on both the 8^th and 14^th levels!

We are excited to see all these different areas come to life!
