In a joint venture between @housingtrustgroup and AM Affordable Housing will provide 95 apartments in the new affordable senior community! This eight-story building will be located near the Aventura Mall and the new Brightline Aventura Station, surrounded by many upcoming developments in the Ojus Neighborhood.

In collaboration with the design team, including @realization_architects, @bpiladesign, and Sun-Tech Engineering, we were thrilled to be able to provide a beautiful streetscape and to help design the amenity areas on the expansive outdoor terrace.
