Our 3900 Alton Road project hit a major milestone recently with the construction of the top floor! This multifamily development by Mast Capital will serve as a gateway to mid-Miami Beach and is now one step closer to completion!

The nine-story building, designed by Arquitectonica, will feature an amenity deck with a swimming pool, gaming area, raised wood deck, cabanas, and a recreation area with barbeques and a synthetic turf lawn.
