The Art Deco Cadillac Hotel in Miami Beach is part of Marriot's prestigious Autograph collection. Witkin Hults + Partners were first brought into the project in 2011 when the second pool was built, and then again in 2017 for a complete renovation of the entire grounds.

The faux lawn pool deck and multiple potted topiaries provide a modern minimalist sense that does not compete with the site's historic roots.
