Witkin Hults + Partners designed a total exterior restoration (including camouflage of a new seawall, new hardscapes, landscapes, lighting and entry statement) after Hurricane Lenny devastated the resort in 1999. The firm was also retained in 2008 by Cap Juluca's new owner to design a comprehensive exterior revitalization.
