Public Realm Design
Witkin Hults + Partners designed the comprehensive Landscape Master Plan and Roadway Standards for this 120-acre mixed-use development in 2010. Since then, we have also designed exterior environments and amenities for numerous projects within Downtown Doral.
These include, the 8401 Doral Government Center, the 8333 Downtown Doral Office Building, the 7950 Professional Center and the 8111 Cordoba I and II rental developments, which offer 454 upscale units. This project now also includes the bustling Downtown Doral retail component.
