Our Plantation City Center project has been approved! This mixed-use development seeks to create a neighborhood by providing a variety of housing types, retail opportunities, and community elements.

This project features an eight-story mid-rise, three-story multifamily buildings, and two-story townhomes, offering 512 residences, including affordable housing units! The community will also have public art, two pools, a dog park, and a playground. We are excited that many of the existing trees will be used as part of the new landscaping – adding to the sustainability and character of the project.
