When designing Residential Communities, our goal is to answer a significant set of questions with a single, harmonious design. Whether our role is shaping sophisticated wayfinding avenues, seamlessly integrating indigenous flora into the architecture, or designing communal spaces for people to enjoy, we must do so in a way that establishes a private community for residents, a pleasant sight for locals, and is beneficial to the infrastructure of the city and their climate. With these expectations in mind, our process begins by understanding the goals of our clientele, as well as the needs of the community at large.
