Shoma Bay is a mixed-use building located in North Bay Village. This development will feature 333 residential units, a Publix grocery store, and additional retail space, which will include a rooftop lounge and Shoma Bazaar food hall.

We love looking at models and images of our projects – seeing how our vision for the exterior areas fits within the project as a whole. We recently saw the 3D model of the project and it makes us even more excited to see this building come to life!
