A new project is coming to Fort Lauderdale! Developed by 13th Floor Investments, this 30-story mixed use development will provide 345 residential units and over 3,500 square feet of commercial space. The project is conveniently located near downtown Fort Lauderdale within the urban area of Flagler Village.   The undulating terraces and curvilinear corners of the building, designed by Corwil Architects, inspired our designs of the pool, lounging areas, and curved planters throughout the amenity areas.
