Salterra, a new Luxury Collection Resort & Spa by Marriott Bonvoy, is coming to Turks & Caicos! Located on the beaches of South Caicos Island, this new hotel will feature world-class watersports, fine dining, and the opportunity to reconnect with nature. Respecting nature was the driving force behind our design for the outdoor spaces. Our team worked closely with an ecologist on the selection of native and endemic plants, protecting and enhancing existing dune and scrub habitats, and preserving over 300 existing trees and palms. The plant material was all selected to withstand the salt and wind from the seaside and was mostly locally produced from an on-site nursery. A Vibrant Urban Enclave
A new project is coming to Fort Lauderdale! Developed by 13th Floor Investments, this 30-story mixed use development will provide 345 residential units and over 3,500 square feet of commercial space. The project is conveniently located near downtown Fort Lauderdale within the urban area of Flagler Village. The undulating terraces and curvilinear corners of the building, designed by Corwil Architects, inspired our designs of the pool, lounging areas, and curved planters throughout the amenity areas. On the ground floor, the landscaping offers a pleasant pedestrian experience, consistent with the feel of the surrounding neighborhood.
Oasis at Aventura Construction!
Credit: Yimby In a joint venture between @housingtrustgroup and AM Affordable Housing will provide 95 apartments in the new affordable senior community! This eight-story building will be located near the Aventura Mall and the new Brightline Aventura Station, surrounded by many upcoming developments in the Ojus Neighborhood. In collaboration with the design team, including @realization_architects, @bpiladesign, and Sun-Tech Engineering, we were thrilled to be able to provide a beautiful streetscape and to help design the amenity areas on the expansive outdoor terrace. Modera Riverside Topping Off!
Exciting update for our project at Modera Riverside! Riverside construction has reached the top and is expected to be completed this year. This exciting project is located in an up-and-coming area of the Miami River District and neighbors the highly anticipated Riverside Wharf complex. So what can you expect to see when it's completed? The rooftop deck is fitted with an angular pool, shaded lounge areas, and an outdoor summer kitchen. Brickell Gateway
Credit: YIMBY The Brickell Gateway project has officially applied for a construction permit! Utilizing Miami-Dade County’s Rapid Transit Zoning initiative that encourages higher-density construction near mass transit hubs, this building will be 61-stories high and 761 feet tall. Developed through a joint venture between Gazit Horizons and AP Companies, this project will provide 504 residential units and over 18,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. We have worked closely with Corwil Architects and Kimley Horn to design the outdoor amenities, which includes the rooftop pool deck, covered terraces, dining areas, and lounge spaces. In the heart of Coral Gables, our Belmont Village project offers its senior residents an array of outdoor amenities framed with lush landscape. Offering several outdoor terraces, a central courtyard, and a ground-floor pedestrian promenade, the exterior amenity spaces can be enjoyed year-round. 3900 Alton Road Milestone

This multifamily development by Mast Capital will serve as a gateway to mid-Miami Beach and is now one step closer to completion! A new project is coming to Hallandale Beach! We are so excited for the opportunity to collaborate with BH Group and CFE Architects on this 14-story mixed-use project. It will feature both hotel and condo units, retail space, a rooftop amenity deck, and a public plaza on the ground floor!

Regency Parc is an 18-story mixed-use luxury high rise building proposed in Coral Gables. We were so pleased to have the opportunity to design the outdoor spaces of this unique project, which includes a compelling pedestrian experience on the ground level, a courtyard area at the heart of the project, the elevated pool deck, and terraces on both the 8th and 14th levels! We are excited to see all these different areas come to life!
