The Dori is a residential project in Downtown Doral and it is officially open! The pool and courtyard areas feature Tulum-inspired landscaping, cabanas, seating/lounging areas, and a water feature (designed to both visually and audibly buffer the pool equipment!). We coordinated with the interior designer to provide a seamless transition from the indoors to the outdoors. We also designed the streetscape that aligns with the Downtown Doral Pattern Book, a document that we helped develop! Our Plantation City Center project has been approved! This mixed-use development seeks to create a neighborhood by providing a variety of housing types, retail opportunities, and community elements. This project features an eight-story mid-rise, three-story multifamily buildings, and two-story townhomes, offering 512 residences, including affordable housing units! The community will also have public art, two pools, a dog park, and a playground. Located on the beaches of South Caicos Island, this new hotel will feature world-class watersports, fine dining, and the opportunity to reconnect with nature. Respecting nature was the driving force behind our design for the outdoor spaces. Our team worked closely with an ecologist on the selection of native and endemic plants, protecting and enhancing existing dune and scrub habitats, and preserving over 300 existing trees and palms. The plant material was all selected to withstand the salt and wind from the seaside and was mostly locally produced from an on-site nursery. A new project is coming to Fort Lauderdale! Developed by 13th Floor Investments, this 30-story mixed use development will provide 345 residential units and over 3,500 square feet of commercial space. The project is conveniently located near downtown Fort Lauderdale within the urban area of Flagler Village.   The undulating terraces and curvilinear corners of the building, designed by Corwil Architects, inspired our designs of the pool, lounging areas, and curved planters throughout the amenity areas. On the ground floor, the landscaping offers a pleasant pedestrian experience, consistent with the feel of the surrounding neighborhood.

Utilizing Miami-Dade County’s Rapid Transit Zoning initiative that encourages higher-density construction near mass transit hubs, this building will be 61-stories high and 761 feet tall. Developed through a joint venture between Gazit Horizons and AP Companies, this project will provide 504 residential units and over 18,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. We have worked closely with Corwil Architects and Kimley Horn to design the outdoor amenities, which includes the rooftop pool deck, covered terraces, dining areas, and lounge spaces.
