A new project is coming to Fort Lauderdale! Developed by 13th Floor Investments, this 30-story mixed use development will provide 345 residential units and over 3,500 square feet of commercial space. The project is conveniently located near downtown Fort Lauderdale within the urban area of Flagler Village.   The undulating terraces and curvilinear corners of the building, designed by Corwil Architects, inspired our designs of the pool, lounging areas, and curved planters throughout the amenity areas. On the ground floor, the landscaping offers a pleasant pedestrian experience, consistent with the feel of the surrounding neighborhood.

Exciting update for our project at Modera Riverside! Riverside construction has reached the top and is expected to be completed this year. This exciting project is located in an up-and-coming area of the Miami River District and neighbors the highly anticipated Riverside Wharf complex. So what can you expect to see when it's completed? The rooftop deck is fitted with an angular pool, shaded lounge areas, and an outdoor summer kitchen.
