We were so pleased to have the opportunity to design the outdoor spaces of this unique project, which includes a compelling pedestrian experience on the ground level, a courtyard area at the heart of the project, the elevated pool deck, and terraces on both the 8th and 14th levels! Shoma Bay is a mixed-use building located in North Bay Village. This development will feature 333 residential units, a Publix grocery store, and additional retail space, which will include a rooftop lounge and Shoma Bazaar food hall. We love looking at models and images of our projects – seeing how our vision for the exterior areas fits within the project as a whole. We recently saw the 3D model of the project and it makes us even more excited to see this building come to life!
